Bashing / Harassment:

Bashing of other users will not be permitted. Same goes for Harassment. Violating posts will either be edited or deleted. Topics may be locked. Users who persist in violating this rule will be banned.

Spamming:

Spamming the forum and double posting will not be

tolerated.

Foul / Bad Language:

There should not be a need for any type of foul / bad language within your posts, so please keep it clean, after all, RUN at ME! is for ALL AGES. Anyone found to be breaking this rule will be warned and possibly banned, there are many other words can be used to get your message across.
